Spirit Yachts has a global reputation for the quality and style of its modern classic sailing yachts. The impressive power to weight ratio of Spirit’s wooden hulls combined with sleek underwater profiles and modern appendages deliver cruising and racing performance.
Spirit Yachts is meticulous in its standards, which are reflected the iconic good looks and smooth handling of its yachts on the water. Whether it is the care that goes into sourcing sustainable timber, to the skill of Spirit craftsmen and women, or the research and development that goes into delivering custom, innovative solutions, the Spirit team is tireless in its pursuit for quality.
Each Spirit sailing yacht is customised to suit an owner’s plans and can be tailored for competitive racing, relaxed day sailing, long distance cruising, living onboard or a combination of criteria. Spirit sailing yachts are guaranteed to draw a crowd on any coastline; these are timeless yachts to be proud of.
Whilst all Spirit sailing yachts are customised, they broadly fall into three categories: Classics, Deckhouses and Cruiser-Racers.
Spirit Classics are designed for performance racing and cruising. These long, sleek yachts have low coachroofs and long overhangs.
Spirit Deckhouses (DH) have the long overhangs and elegant beauty of the Spirit Classics, but a raised coachroof provides the option for added interior space, often favoured for longer distance cruising.
Delivering a mix of cruising and racing, Spirit Cruiser-Racer (CR) yachts are inspired by the Classics yet feature added headroom and beam for cruising comfort.
