“Spirit 52s have had fantastic success on the regatta circuit; they offer the perfect balance for family cruising and competitive racing.”

Spirit 52 Classic

Racing pedigree combined with cruising comfort

The Spirit 52 is the perfect bridge between the comfort and volume of the Spirit 56 and the proven racing performance of the Spirit 46.  Ideal for a couple looking to entertain family and friends, or a keen racer, the Spirit 52 is a hybrid socialiser and competitor.

Spirit 52s can be seen cruising and racing all over the world.  At nearly 16m long, a Spirit 52 is more than capable of long distance passages and has ample deck space for relaxation.  As with all Spirits, her deck hardware comprises the latest technology and materials, including carbon spars and nitronic rod rigging.  Displacing only eight tonnes with all running rigging left aft to the cockpit, the Spirit 52 is easy to handle.  Proving her ability as a short-handed, performance racing yacht, a Spirit 52 has previously won the single-handed, round the island race at Antigua Classic Week.  With a top speed of 16 knots, the Spirit 52 is one of Spirit Yachts’ most successful racing yachts to date.

With a forward twin cabin and ensuite, and a double aft cabin, also with ensuite, as well as a further two saloon berths, the 52′ has plenty of space for entertaining or accommodating race crew.  The central saloon is open plan with a well-equipped galley and the chart table, which has space for bespoke navigational equipment. Storage is plentiful and easily accessible, including a lazarette.  All Spirit yachts are customised and alternative layouts are available based on an owner’s criteria and sailing itinerary.
