Designed for bluewater sailing, the Spirit 65 has also proven herself on the race circuit and is a regular competitor at UK and Caribbean classic regattas.
Offering a blend of style and practicality, the 19m Spirit 65 sports clean, modern classic lines and has ample space down below for entertaining and daily life onboard. With plenty of room to relax on deck, the Spirit 65 has accommodation for six guests across two large aft cabins and a luxurious forward owner’s cabin.
The exterior of the Spirit 65 comprises a hand-crafted mahogany cockpit and integrated fan style skylight over the forward end of the low coachroof, also in mahogany, allowing maximum natural light into her large saloon below.
On deck, the Spirit 65 has high modulus carbon fibre spars and ECsix standing rigging from Southern Spars, 4T FORTE sails from OneSails, Dyneema and Vectran running rigging and Lewmar winches. Short-handed cruising is possible, with a crew of approximately ten required for racing.
Down below, the companion way leads to a port side galley and a starboard side chart table and navigation area. The open plan layout and comfortable saloon with seating to port and starboard around a dining table lends itself well to entertaining. Guests have the option of two double aft cabins or an ensuite forward double cabin. Alternative layouts are available.
As well as being aesthetically beautiful, the Spirit 65 offers opportunities for worldwide cruising and regatta racing.
