Having worked for high profile boat building companies for over twenty years, Karen has a wealth of experience in the yachting industry. A highly organised multi-tasker with a strong commercial instinct, Karen oversees the running of the company, consistently delivering exceptional results.

Having worked in the marine industry for 30 years, Julian brings on-the-water experience and sailing passion to the senior Spirit team. In addition to sales and client management roles at several well-known British boat builders, Julian has previously project managed the design and construction of sailing superyachts. Prior to his successful career on land, Julian spent 10 years as a full-time skipper onboard cruising yachts ranging from 65-100ft.

With a background in advertising across the UK and Europe, and having worked in the superyacht industry, Helen has a passion for classic and modern classic yacht sailing. She can be seen alongside the Spirit team at events and boat shows worldwide, as well as out on the water at regattas.
