A leading figure in the UK marine industry, Karen has worked for high profile boat building companies throughout her successful career. A highly organised multi-tasker with a strong commercial instinct, Karen oversees the running of the company with the support of a tight-knit management team. Passionate about Spirit’s talented work force, Karen believes in a collaborative approach and a strong culture to deliver exceptional results.

Having worked in the marine industry for over 20 years, Richard brings a wealth of sales experience to the senior Spirit team. A keen sailor, Richard has a background in Bluewater cruising yachts and luxury superyacht tenders. With an eye for detail and exceptional client service, Richard is well-accustomed to overseeing custom projects for high profile clients from initial contact right through to ownership.

With a background in advertising across the UK and Europe, and having worked in the superyacht industry, Helen has a passion for classic and modern classic yacht sailing. Having worked for Spirit for over ten years, Helen is regularly seen overseeing Spirit events and boat shows worldwide, as well as out racing with the Spirit fleet at regattas.
