As one of the largest single-masted wooden yachts to be built since the 1930’s, at 34m long and with a beam of 6.4m, the Spirit 111’ was the biggest rollover we have ever undertaken.

Boatbuilder James Oxley joined Spirit seven years ago after completing his Traditional Boatbuilding course at the International Boatbuilding Training College in Lowestoft.

Known for her beautifully sleek lines, flush decks and elegant overhangs, Oui Fling has been designed as an out-and-out modern racing yacht which looks just as good as she sails.

The Spirit 111’s impressive design is taking shape as her beautiful wooden hull is veneered in preparation for the roll over, due early next year.
